Service Description
Annual touch-up Depending on your skin type (oily, normal or dry) your semi-permanent eyebrows will fade away over time. the annual touch-ups should occur every 1-2 years for regular maintenance. The annual touch-up will give you longer-lasting and more perfect hair strokes so you can keep your beautiful new eyebrows as long as possible. Normal skin: these are clients that are not prone to breakouts. Their T-zone stays hydrated and their skin does not stimulate excessive oil on daily basis. Normal skin pigment retention usually is 1 to 1.5 years before annual touch-up is needed. Dry skin: dry skin is a type of skin that pores are nearly invisible, and the skin often feels tight throughout the day. Client may also notice some flaking from time to time. color retention is usually 1.5 years and more before touch-up is needed. Oily skin: if you have oily skin, you should keep in mind that the pigment will fade quicker. This is because oils are coming through your skin constantly. The microblading color becomes diluted by these oils. Clients with oily skin might need to return sooner than the recommended 1-year for their annual touch-up. The role of thumb is to do the annual touch-up when you feel the colors are faded and slowly disappearing from your eyebrows
Cancellation Policy
• Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may contact us by phone or text. • Late canceling and no showing for your appointment can really affect our business – our staff members rely on your patronage as their source of income and our clients who are on our waiting list miss out on being able to book. Please allow sufficient time to cancel or reschedule your appointments. We value your business and will do everything we can to accommodate! Please review our cancellation policy below: • We require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling, all service bookings are final. • For no-show, the full amount of the online service deposit cost will apply. • For Lash services: due to the time-sensitive nature of these services, please arrive on time. We will not be able to accommodate those who arrive more than 15 minutes after the start of their appointments and will be charged the online service deposit cost. • For Permanent Makeup services: We require 72 hours to reschedule an appointment. Due to the time-sensitive nature of these services, please arrive on time. We will not be able to accommodate those who arrive more than 15 minutes after the start of their appointments and will be charged the service online deposit cost. Deposits to book appointments are non-refundable, but transferable, provided sufficient notice is given. Failure to arrive on time or to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiting the deposit and an additional deposit will be needed to reschedule.
